FamePasses and tokens are virtual items used within FameForecast to engage in the prediction competitions and access other features. They have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash, currency, or any other real-world goods or services. They are only for use within FameForecast.

The purchase and use of FamePasses and tokens are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

The content, layout, design, data, graphics, and trademarks on FameForecast, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, are the property of FameForecast or its licensors. All content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Use of Platform Logos and Artist Images: FameForecast may display platform logos (e.g., Twitch, Spotify, YouTube) and artist images for informational purposes only. These logos and images are used solely to identify the respective platforms and artists for the benefit of our users. FameForecast makes no claim of ownership over these logos or images, and they remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their use on our platform does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with FameForecast.

We do not guarantee that FameForecast will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FameForecast, its affiliates, and its licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of FameForecast, even if FameForecast has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If, notwithstanding the other provisions of these Terms of Use, FameForecast is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of FameForecast, FameForecast's liability shall in no event exceed the greater of (1) the total of any subscription or similar fees with respect to any service or feature of or on FameForecast paid in the six months prior to the date of the initial claim made against FameForecast, or (2) USD $100.00.
